Sporting Revelations Prehab

I wrote an article on Bert's productions which are a leading breakthrough from traditional thinking in training and playing for Rugby League. The program is currently available as an added extra (Scientific Squad Somatograph) when purchasing one of Berts products and I recommend this as a standardised format for player/fitness assessment. It is a "one-stop" fitness test that all coaches can use on their players irrespective of their ages or player ability level.
